Uptown Townhomes

I toured Uptown Townhomes a few years ago, and I must say, the transformation since then has been nothing short of incredible. Under the new ownership and management, this community has evolved into a place I would proudly call home. The visual improvements to the grounds keeping and the on-site dumpster area significantly contributed to a cleaner and more pleasant looking community. The apartments themselves have undergone tasteful renovations, and I was genuinely impressed by the value offered for the rates. The attention to detail in the upgrades truly makes a difference, and I couldn't be happier with the modern and comfortable living spaces. To start, this location has the worst parking lot I have ever seen. Everything about it makes damage on your car much more likely. The units look very un-inviting on the outside, and the interiors are decent. Some rooms are very oddly shaped and don’t feel spacious or comfortable. Property management seems uninterested in location and residence, with very low standards for both. The location looks, feels, and sounds extremely run-down and isn’t somewhere I’d want to spend any amount of time. 90% of the property is fine soil, with 10% being the horrible parking lot.

The process was truly simple and very engaging the entire time. From the first call to singing the lease. I was informed every step of the way. The communication between staff and me was impeccable. It truly was a blessing. Sam was amazing during the entire process and the property manager: talk about efficient. She was very knowledgeable, extremely kind and very welcoming. It’s a small property but sometimes the small things are what truly matters. Keep up the great work and I’m happy to call this home.

I was going to apply for one of these they're so beautiful and I really really would like to rent one but have not had the opportunity as of yet. At the moment if any availabilities are open I would love to speak with someone at the rental office of this beautiful place. And I'm always willing to promote such a beautiful place such as your townhomes.
