Lantower Cypress Creek

Mike told us we would be back at Lantower and he was right! Great staff. Kia and her supervisor Nita have been so welcoming. Taylor was helpful as well getting our key made and setting up initial maintenance requests. Rod, your new maintenance manager fixed our door in record time and was nice hope he stays around a long time same as everyone on the team. Thank you! You all are great!

Everything in this complex was beautiful and very well kept!! Pool area felt as if I were at a resort. Amenities and features are very well maintained and staff is so friendly!! Could not recommend this complex more!! They made my tour very wonderful!!

The maintenance crew is outstanding. James is the one who keeps things moving forward. The office is hard working and answers questions in a timely manner. The pasta dinner we just had was delicious and it was really appreciated. Best move was moving in here. Gary

Lantower Cypress maintenance team is ALWAYS Top Notch! They’re CONSISTENTLY, expeditious, professional, kind and administer effective remediation services! I’d recommend the entire team any day! They play a BIG part in my enjoyable stay!

Since the new management took over, it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. Whenever we call the office for assistance, the phone is never answered. We’ve called multiple times and cannot get a response, which makes it frustrating when you actually need help with something. Before the management change, our experience living here was pretty good overall. However, the lack of communication and responsiveness from the new management has really caused issues for us. We hope they improve their availability and communication with residents.
