Residences at Lake Park

I have resigned my lease twice here. It’s quiet and peaceful. I live in one of the carriage houses and it’s just amazing. Maintenance team particularly John is amazing. They are quick to help, friendly, and respectful. Weather it’s an after hours call or while I’m WFH. He is the best!

My wife and I lived here for two years and we genuinely loved our time at this community. The apartments themselves are nice, and the location is fantastic since it is centralized to just about anything you would want to do. The real standout here is the service. The staff and maintenance teams are amazing. In the two years we lived here, we only had to reach out to maintenance a handful of times, and every single time they responded within a few hours tops. Any questions we had for the leasing staff were answered just as quickly and efficiently. We were lucky enough to have a unit with a garage and a small yard for our dogs, which is something you do not see very often, so we really appreciated that space. 1 of the best rental experiences ever. Kim and Mariana in the office was so helpful throughout the whole process and answered all my questions I had and made the struggle of moving so easy! I ran into the maintenance crew Jon and Julio who was so polite and when I asked them where the pool(beautiful by the way) was and told me if there was ever anything wrong to not be afraid to let them know ! Made me feel like the people living here Matter . Very happy with my move here

I've had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Dani Ward. She is genuine, kind, knowledgeable and very polite. I see why she is the first person they have at the front desk, very personable. I was shown around the community and I must say I was very impressed!! The apartments were more than I expected. I will most definitely be recommending anyone to visit with Residences at Lake Park Apartments!! Dani and the tour will NOT disappoint!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Residences at Lake Park! From the very first interaction, the leasing manager Dani demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and knowledge on the community and leasing process. If you’re looking for someone that is committed to finding you the right place, I cannot recommend Dani enough! The maintenance team is also great! Namely Julio, he is incredibly personable and helpful! No doubt the community is maintained as beautifully as it is thanks to his efforts! Phenomenal team, lavish amenities, and an absolutely beautiful community! The floorplans are homely and spacious, the community is quiet and full of friendly people!
