The Iris at Northpointe

Moving into The Iris has been such a wonderful experience for me and my family. Every day feels like waking up at a resort. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly feels luxurious. The atmosphere is peaceful and makes coming home the best part of my day. The office staff deserves special recognition. Leslie and Kim went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed from the very first interaction. They made the move-in process smooth and stress free, and their warmth really set the tone for our new home. The amenities are superior, and my unit was immaculate on move-in day. Everything from the modern finishes to the thoughtful layout makes it clear that The Iris is committed to quality and comfort. I could not be happier with our decision to move here, and I am so grateful

Can't express how much I love living here... first and foremost the office team are some of the best people I've ever had the luxury of working with, Leslie is the nicest person and will do anything and everything you ask for... and more! The maintenance team is at the upmost professional and are the most respectful people I've ever had in my apartment, they are there for a job and they get it done! The grounds are so beautiful it's ridiculous, they keep it so clean and beautiful I've never had a complaint, including the garbage, it's so well maintained I've never had an issue. Can't wait to grow here and will pay whatever cause it's so worth it!

I really enjoy living here thanks to the amazing staff. Property Manager Angie is fantastic and so helpful, and Kim and Leslie in the office are always friendly and welcoming. The three of them make the office run smoothly and create such a positive atmosphere. The maintenance team is great too - they're respectful, communicate well, and always handle requests promptly. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about doing their best, and it shows in every interaction. The complex is well-maintained and beautiful. If you're looking for a place with excellent management and staff who treat residents well, I highly recommend this community!

My lease was ending and I no longer had a roommate for my 2 bedroom. I transferred to a one bedroom apartment because I just love this place so much. The ladies at the leasing office - Leslie, Kim and Angie are amazing. Leslie helped me so much with my transfer and just reassured me every step of the way that I was making the right decision to stay here. In my experience the neighbors are quiet but friendly, and maintenance is great. I personally never had a problem in the 2 years I am here.

I knew the day I called and went to tour the property that this would be home for me! I have enjoyed living here, the location, and the beautiful property. I have to point out that Leslie helped me tremendously. I had looked at a lot of apts on the 54. She made everything so easy and smooth. No stress at all. When she took me on the tour I was amazed by the beautiful property. They take such great care of everything. Leslie and Kim are amazing and the entire maintenance crew take care of this pristine property. This property has everything to offer and spacious living. I love my apt!!! The manager of the property is amazing!!!
