University Meadows

Excellent maintenance. I have lived in two different buildings both consistently had great upload and download internet speeds and had no issues with running multiple systems simultaneously using the wifi. I would also like to mention that the walls have pretty decent sound insulation. I have lived on the ground floor in both the apartments I stayed in. Upstair neighbors as well as the neighbors next to me were relatively silent, and they did have barking dogs which if I did hear it, it wasn't a disturbance due to how well insulated the apartment was. I appreciate the communication, University Meadows has always notified me in a timely manner before entering the apartments for inspections. Overall good experience.

I lived at University Meadows with my family and overall the apartment itself was fine, but the move-out process was extremely disappointing and costly. Some walls had minor pen/pencil markings from our kids, and I was fully prepared to pay for repainting those walls. Instead, management charged me for repainting the entire apartment, explaining that their vendor does not paint just one wall. While I understand their vendor policy, it seems unfair that tenants are forced to cover the full cost of a complete repaint — management could have reasonably shared that expense as part of normal turnover. On top of that, I was also billed for carpet replacement even though I documented at move-in that the carpet was already old, and for roach treatment even though we never saw a single roach duri

Have lived at University Meadows for the past eight years and I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to live that you check out University Meadows. Management hasn't always been the best but since the new manager has come in it's improved tremendously. She takes care of business and has brought a lot of positive to University Meadows. She enforces the rules, sticks to her guns and makes sure that buildings have new roofs on them when needed!! The maintenance team always went above and beyond to make sure that all the work orders I put in over the years was taken care of in a timely fashion. Really nice experience, no complaints, maintenance was amazing , front office was amazing whenever I went to pick up my packages , communication was amazing as well I would highly recommend and the price was great!
