Michelle is the best landlord!! You can tell she cares about her properties and the residents that’s rent them. I rented one of her houses for two years and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The house was kept up and in great condition. Whenever we needed some maintenance done it was done extremely quick (I’m talking within the hour or shortly after). Marshall’s college rentals is the best company to rent from!

I could not recommend living with Marshall College Rentals and having Michelle as a landlord more. I lived in two of her homes and they were always sparkling clean when we moved in. Michelle provides her personal phone number and if there is ever an issue she is there ASAP to fix what might be wrong. Once my roommates and I were having trouble with our heat and she was there everyday multiple times until it was resolved. She is an extremely reliable person and she makes it as easy as possible for a first time renter. I always felt that she was looking out for us and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else than with Marshall College Rentals.

I had an amazing experience renting a townhouse with Marshall’s College Rentals. Our Landlord Michelle was very kind and understanding and we never had any problems. She even gave us final exam week care packages. We also had our security deposits returned in the full amount. I would highly recommend renting with this company.
