Nice appartments located walking distance from campus. I really enjoyed the year that i stayed here. Landlord is helpful and accommodating and I have had no issues. I recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Henkel is the man! He knows we're a bunch of college student throwing ourselves into the world for the first time. He won't nickel and dime you, his properties are well kept and a good value. No one likes to pay their landlord but I didn't mind seeing Henkel every month.

Very fun and nice place. Court yard is always a fun time! Our apt was recently redone so very nice too. And only like 300 a month :)

Close to campus. Lower priced and really nice quality. Super close to the Cabin, which is one of the best hangout spots in town.

Clean, well kept, great condition, close to campus. Manager always quick to reply. Basically right on campus.
