Unlike most clients, I had a bad experience with this company recently. They asked me to download an ap so they could then transfer 3,000 earnest money for a property. I complied. The home inspection failed; therefore the sale was legally severed. It took me a week to get my 3,000 refunded; there was one excuse after another. They initially tried to tell me I never gave them access to my funds. After I proved that wasn’t the case, they said they couldn’t find my funds—as if they still did not have it. My realtor sent the appropriate paperwork twice to conclude the deal; they claimed they did not have that either. This went on for a week. Finally I had to threaten to contact the Michigan Realtors Regulatory Agency to get my funds back. Suddenly, they found my money, the info my realtor subm
