1000% would recommend renting through Quality Apts! Jade and Nancy are extremely professional as well as extremely kind! Maintenance requests were handled quickly and done right. Homes are clean and absolutely beautiful. They take extreme pride in all parts of being a landlord. Even our yard was always stunning. I would never rent from anyone else in Mount Pleasant.

I’m here to share my honest experience renting from this property. During my lease, most of my communication was with Jade, not Nancy. Jade was usually kind, understanding, and gave me leeway when I needed it. Maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly, and overall, the home itself was cute and well-kept. Unfortunately, things changed toward the end of my lease and especially after I moved out. Communication shifted drastically-there was very little understanding, and I felt constant pressure to fix things I had already said I would handle. Every miscommunication seemed to fall back on me, and I began to feel disrespected and blamed unfairly. I’ve lived in their cute duplex for a little over 6 months now! Great space, cleaned well before move in as well as a well maintained back yard and deck. It’s been a refreshing experience to deal with a landlord that is understanding and as helpful as they have been! Anything I’ve need fixed would be fixed within the week. They take care of lawn and snow removal! I would 100% suggest anyone to live here! If we were to stay in this area we would have 100% resigned our lease.

Ive lived with Quality Apartments for one year and immediately resigned my lease for another year as soon as I could. Landlord is very professional and understanding. Lawn care service that the landlord provides is there at least once a week making the place look very nice and presentable. The duplex I live in is very up to date, modern and clean. When you need something fixed they send maintenance right away to take care of it. Ive never had to worry about anything living with Quality Apartments. Recommend to anyone!
