University Courtyard Apartments

This place is full of lying associates who promised you that all you needed to do was pay the first month rent to be let out your lease. My daughter never moved in she decided not to live there after researching more. We were told if she paid August rent she would be good now we are being told she needs to pay September rent. Ask to speak with manger on multiple occasions and the manger doesn't seem to BE working. Every day we called and get nothing but lies. My daughter got a email saying they moved her to another apartment. How can they move you to another apartment when you didn't even get key for the first appointment you never once spent a day in the original apartment now she owes 1500 dollars and we can't get answers as to why. We have everything recorded I will take them to court.

Do not rent an apartment from here, the living conditions are absolutely horrible and they have a horrible problem with mold. I decided to end my lease early because they moved me and my roommates from one mold infested apartment to another one and still expected us to pay the exact same amount. Their maintenance crew takes forever to fix things and mind you I haven’t even lived here for a month.

DO NOT RENT HERE! If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD. I had a 1 year lease and I moved out FOUR months early. (Still had to pay through the end of my lease ofc). The other recent “5 star review” is allegedly, an employee in the front office. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. The pictures on the website are also VERY inaccurate and misleading. From the day I moved in I KNEW it was going to be a horrible experience. ESPECIALLY If you’re a dog lover, they had parvo on the property. Firstly, they did NOT let me tour, they have a 3D model in the leasing office and it’s VERY inaccurate and misleading. Not to mention, the AC was not working when I went to visit and I was sweating bullets. Love just moving in and opening my door to a broken ceiling light with bugs in it, a dishwasher that seems to have grown legs and walked out of where it should be, roaches throwing a party in my cabinets, no blinds to have whoever looking into my apartment, the toilet trying to leave this earth and separating from the floor, whatever trash lived in the unit prior to me that left skid marks in the bathtub, Mold growing in the cracks in the grout in the bathroom, knowing that my front door won't lock and the joy of having guests invited or otherwise, other tenets telling me to leave and not to sign the lease, doors missing from the rooms besides the bathroom and front door. AMAZING!!! I disagree with these one star reviews in my opinion University Courtyard is super friendly and makes you feel like family. I’ve lived here for quite some time and never had a problem with anything or anyone. I know it’s hard for the managers at the front Elisa and Jaime to maintain this but they absolutely do! It’s so close and convenient to temple college and as a student this is super helpful.<3 I also am just such a big fan of my roommates that I’ve been paired with they are like my best friends and University court yard made that happen. Another great thing is we (me and my friends that I’ve made at uca) are always looking for things to do and University Courtyard is always coming up with activities for the residents to do!
