The woman who usually picks up the phone and right when she picks up you can tell she hates her job. I was trying to figure out the address because some of the documents have different addresses listed with UPM's name listed; isn't that a discrepancy we should figure out? Especially, if we're trying to drop off important docs and certified check to the appropriate person? Also, she threw out the comment" is this for section 8?!!?" After I explained everything.. Nooo lady! She didn't even listen from the start. Wow.

I had a terrible experience with UPM. They are scammers. They took a security deposit from me saying that this amount is for taking the apartment off market from renting and told me I have to fill an application for rent. When they took the security deposit they told us this will be returned if our application is denied. But then we came to know their apartment had rat infestation so wanted to back out. The manager told us if you want to back out you can, but won’t get your security deposit back. UPM is worst in Lowell.

UPM manages our condo complex. No one in my complex, that I have spoken with, feels they are doing a good job. They also rent out the apartment above us. The students above us left for vacation and turned their heat off despite it being -10 degrees out. Yes. Their pipes burst. Water flows down. Our stuff got wet. Some things don't play well with water. WE have pictures and video. This should be covered by their property insurance, or they are liable for it, since this was due to their tenants negligence. I've called, and called, for 2 weeks, now I'm sending a registered letter, next I guess court. I'm so frustrated. They suck.

Once I called I knew exactly why they have a horrible rating. Lady on the phone is extremely rude & the agents who use this service to answer their calls should be ashamed! Lady answering the phone needs to be fired if you guys want to bring up that rating! Can’t even believe it

So rude people. I would suggest never to have rentals through them. My previous landlord was so nice and here, they dont even know how to talk. I would give zero rating if i could
