I've been using United West Title for real estate transactions for 5-6 years and Karen Weeks is hands down the BEST in the BIZ. They do what it takes to get things across the finish line regardless of how complicated or complex something may be. They have seen it all and are ingenious and at the same time level headed when stress is high leading up to closing.
