These people are quality! They helped us buy our dream home. It was a tricky purchase because we bought if from a bank. Our agent, Teri Allan, was completely knowledgeable and professional. She kept us on track daily! There was always some new issue that could have been a deal breaker, but Teri helped us negotiate every single bump. We felt so confident during what could have been a very stressful time. We saved her number because we still check in with her for the best advice about how to manage our rental property. Century 21 Bushnell is very professional. We use them for all of our real estate needs.

12 years ago I made the move to Utah. Lynn Larsen at Century 21 Bushnell became my contact person in looking for a home. He was outstanding in helping me to find a home that was right for me. He listened to what I wanted and needed and I have been extremely happy with the home I purchased. He is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of buying a home. We worked with Kyle Kelley at Century 21 Bushnell and had the best experience. Kyle was extremely thorough in finding us the perfect home. He is incredibly versed in the rules and laws of home buying and he did such an amazing job at negotiating the price that we ended up with the least expensive home in the development with the most options. His hard work to help us made it so we could afford the house we purchased and now 3 years later, we have tremendous equity in our home because of Kyle helping us pick the right home in the right neighborhood. He will always listen to what you want and will never put his needs first. If you use anyone else, you are crazy! Kyle is a stud!

I've had Kyle Kelley of Century 21 Bushnell manage my Provo rental properties the past 5 years or so. What a fantastic job he/they have done. This has been by far the most effortless rental experience I've had. Kyle has found great renters, developed a great relationship with them, been attentive to their needs all the while looking out for and maximizing my investment. If you are looking to rent, Century 21 Bushnell is FANTASTIC!!! They treat their tenants incredibly well. I do not have any complaints. Kyle Kelley works so hard to make the best experience possible for tenants. The owners are more than willing to use rent towards improvements. I highly recommend this group!
