Bobby was amazing to work with! He was very thorough with our new build townhome. He found many things that we had missed on our previous tour of the home. From the basement to the roof, Bobby showcased everything in a clear way that was easy to understand. His report was quickly accessible. The recommendations given will save us time and money in the future. Would 10/10 recommend using his services!

Bobby is the BEST. we’ve worked with multiple home inspectors before, and none as thorough, respectful and genuinely helpful as Bobby. He is also super responsive, timely, and fairly priced. I have no reservations recommending him. We found him on google because we needed someone who knew what to look for in new build construction. Our house passed four way, and Bobby STILL found a list of things our builder needed to fix. I’m so grateful we had him inspect because it kept our builder accountable. Don’t rely on the city to do that, idk why we pay them. Third party is the way to go. We had him over pre drywall and pre siding. Highly recommend Bobby for anyone building a house.

Bobby is incredible. He’s talented, kind, and an overall good person especially when it comes to his job. With the nature of his job, it can be very easy to come across as rude or even ‘sorry, you’re just shot outta luck’. Bobby was the complete opposite. He explained things to us and was very very thorough during the entire process. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. He was supportive and really validated several concerns we had with our new build home.
