Casey was amazing! He helped me out super quick super professional I've used Security finance for over 10 years for the times i've had an emergency pop up and today was one of those situations. I was already aware of the $2.95 fee and was fine with it other places charge way more- didn't make me feel bad for asking for help. Thank you again for being kind and patient with me today.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I got a loan through these guys and never had a problem until now they are under new ownership or something but until now i would always come here for my loans but I never had to pay more then what my contract said until now. They started charging me a $2.95 "repay fee" which is not on my contract I will not be paying them they did breach my contract and I will be contacting someone about it I did like these guys so much it was my go to and I never paid a 'repay fee" I will not recommend going here!

Incredible service. Aubrey was extremely attentive and respectful. I don't take the time to review places very often but my wife Hannah, and I, were so impressed with our experience that I had to leave a good review! They even gave my son's Dan and Mike lollipops. Highly recommended location with incredible staff and management

I have done business with Security Finance for years. The new team in the Lenoir City store is great and eager to help! I always feel like a valued customer when I go in and speak with them over the phone.

Almira was very nice and professional in my time of need. I had been sick for 4 weeks and she was able to help me get a loan to pay my bills. I recommend anyone who needs help to reach out to her.
