Do not move here! My yard is mowed literally every single weekend yet we get harassing letters about the yard because it rained and the grass grew before the weekend. Our grass has NEVER gone a week without being mowed yet we are constantly threatened with fines. The HOA will literally harass you, think before you buy in this community. It’s one thing to have nice yards in a community but it’s another to be harassed.
Very well built houses, Builders are very knowledgeable. Nice clean Subdivision by Century Homes 💯
