Gibson Flowery Branch

I would strongly recommend future renters to carefully review all policies before signing a lease at The Gibson Apartments in Flowery Branch. My lease required a 60-day notice before moving out. Before the December 2 deadline, I went to the leasing office multiple times asking for the renewal offer so I could review the new rent and make an informed decision. Each time I was told they were “working on it,” but no numbers were provided. I returned again on December 5 and still did not receive the renewal offer. It was not until December 9 that management finally provided the renewal proposal, and the price increase was not acceptable to me. I have lived here for the past two years not only because of the amazing environment and the extremely friendly staff but also the wonderful amenities. Everything is extremely well maintained the property manager and workers do a great job at keeping everything clean and accessible. If I ever request service it is taken care of immediately. 10/10 great environment and place to live!!

This place is very lovely and so peaceful. Its very clean and Gina and Brittney are super nice and helpful at the front desk! The pool is always clean, the gym is nice and quite peaceful. This place is worth moving to 100%. The flowers are always kept nice, the huge grassy area is so beautiful to hangout on. The gates always work the way they're supposed to! The neighbors are so nice here as well. Maintenance is fast and gets the job done quick if you need them! Parking kind of sucks late at night! Gets super crowded in the buildings across each other. The only issue I have is my apartment had this stench when I moved in and it still lingers after almost a year. Its some stale basement kind of smell, its gross. The people that lived here before must have been stinky or something.

The team at Gibson has been nothing short of excellent to work with! Analia and Kayla provide exceptional customer service and the property looks amazing. It is a great place to live!

Cameron was absolutely amazing! Amazing customer service skills and very patient, guided my partner and I through the whole process. I honestly can’t thank him enough. The Gibson is a great place to move to but with Cameron’s help it was a fantastic experience. Thank you Cameron you were God sent!
