We absolutely love our new custom home built by Southernwood Builders! While there were a few bumps along the way—as with any major project—Michael and Max were always on top of things, making sure every issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Their consistent and clear communication kept us informed throughout every phase of the build, which made the process so much smoother. We were on a tight deadline toward the end, and Max went above and beyond to ensure we moved in right on schedule. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire Southernwood team for creating such a beautiful space for us to call home. Special thanks to Margarite for working her magic and making the most of our smaller footprint—her design made every square foot count!
