Darby is the BEST! The tenants can be friendly, but always be aware of your surroundings and always leave your car doors locked. My old roommate had an incident here with her car being broke into, so make sure your belongings are either well hidden or not in your car!

Darby, gave me violations that weren’t accurate in attempt to get me evicted. She favors other tenants, even when their statements are false. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable and harrassed by my neighbors in the building, that I moved out 7 months earlier than my lease ended. The guy that was harrassing us still lives there, after the owner of the building told me they were getting a 5 day notice, because he had gone to jail over attempting to break into our RV. It also stated in my old lease, that they have a zero-tolerance for harrassment, but apparently thats not true. And the owner of the building apparently said “the lease basically disappears with no history of my lease”.
