Excellent service just a day after I dropped my rings off to be unsoldered and resized.

I've had my center stone on my engagement ring become loose a few times. I took it to Helker Jewlery, and not only did the people there demonstrate professionalism, but they did prestige work! After securing my stone, they also deep cleaned my ring, making it ready to wear immediately. I will definitely be going back to Helker Jewlery for the jewlery most precious to me!

I purchased a necklace to put a part of my deceased loved ones on. It broke after 4 months. They could repair with gold but not silver. They offered a 20% discount for a new one. I ordered it. After thinking it over. WHY would I order another necklace to break and them not stand behind it?? They insinuated it was my fault. That somehow, I didn't care for it properly. REALLY do you know what was hanging on that necklace!!!! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!

Helker Jewelers is amazing! My fiance and I were in a bind just days before our wedding, and the owner Chris went above and beyond to help. We had ordered my fiance's wedding band from another store and they sent us the wrong size (it was one size too small and he couldn't even get the ring past his knuckle). Since we received the ring on Wednesday and our wedding is Saturday, this left us no time to send it back and get the right size. Our family referred us to Helker and I am so glad they did. They are just wonderful to work with. We are so grateful and blessed for their wonderful service and knowledge. Thank you Chris, for making what could have been a disaster, just a small bump in the road. You took a huge weight off our shoulders. We will be back, that's for sure!!! Joseph & Nico
