The closing went fine. No one was overly friendly. When I called before closing to ask questions some of the staff was a little rude (making me feel dumb about my questions). The staff on the day of closing did not make things exciting or congratulate us on closing on our home. They didn’t even really greet us. Just said ‘come back here’. Was quite awkward when it should be a fun and exciting time. Building is not in very good shape and a bit odd how you sign papers when it is open to all of the offices. Once our builder got there to sign papers with us it went a little better and little less awkward. I just feel like if you are doing a job and closing on peoples homes you should be a little more friendly (or a lot). Life is short, be kind.

Everything was very professional And most of the staff was very congenial, but I had a slight problem with Amanda knowing she has the power, she has the bedside manner not suited for customer service.... You might want to try and keep her in the background with your clients!

Basic office setup in a large empty storefront. Very efficient company. Closings have always gone well there. No issues

We closed on the sale of put home with them. Great service. They were well organized and professional. Would definitely use them again.
