The worst place I've ever been,I pay rent and Canadian Geese control this facility, Thomas place Bettendorf, I've complained with management including Joe Marone, he told me to go ahead and file my complaint in federal court and have my attorney contact him. Tenant Rights &Landlord Duty if Canadian geese on the property create a (health hazard)that violates the habitability of the rental agreement. I guess we'll have to see what the court has to say.

Property manager Suzanne Perez in Reedsburg is the rudest "professional" I have ever encountered. Whether she means to come off that way or not, it drove my husband and I away from renting with this company. Her attitude does not belong in the position she holds. Bad for business. EDIT: I’m sure she does. I have a voice recording of our conversation, attitude included, if you’re interested. She may be why it’s taking so long for the units to get “leased up”. Make sure she destroys all our documents that she has in her possession at her home, which was concerning to begin with.

Manager, Thomas Place, Orland Park, IL....in these troubling times I think it is more important than ever to acknowledge all the kind, caring people in this world and Shaun is one of them! My mom moved into TP several years ago and they have gone thru a handful of managers...none worthy of a review. But Shaun sure is...she is kind, caring, and extremely attentive to the residents needs. Any concerns that we have brought to her were taken care of in a timely manner. Her bubbly personality has added life back into the building! And things that have been neglected for sometime are finally getting done! Slowly but surely TP is being brought back to the high standard that it held when it opened. Please forward this message to Shaun.

This company is all about money. My Mother has been living in Platteville for 7yrs, and has discovered she has RATS underneath her apartment. They put traps in her closet because the RATS have chewed a hole thru the wall. They've trapped a couple of them but, I know for a fact there are more underneath the walkway beside her front door! This is disgusting and they need to hire an exterminator to get rid of the problem. The elderly should not be living like this it's very toxic!! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I moved back to monroe Wi to help my mother who needs incare help because of her hips and back. I left north carolina to help her FYI. Pioneer made it sound like it would be just fine because it was in home care. My mother and I went through all their hoops to make sure everything was done correctly. Well my mother got a email about an hr ago saying it's not possible because of a incident 15 years ago. In this email they qoute that incident but pretty much highlight that they would lose money over looking out for their residents. With all that there are a group of about 5 women who sit around talking about everyone and being in everyone's business and then complain when something they don't like happens. They go straight to pioneer themselves instead of doing anything correctly and pioneer
