Union 346 Apartments

Have been living here for 2 years and the leasing office are very responsive and easy to communicate! The maintenance staff Mike is super. There was a time where my house got smoky because one of my guest burned something on the stove. Mike responded so quickly and prevented the situation from getting far worse. Super professional. Loved everything here in the building—the people and the neighborhood!

I have been living here since Aug 2023, and initially, my experience was very positive. I even referred friends to live here because I appreciated the community. However, my experience with management’s handling of a persistent noise issue has been extremely disappointing. Starting in December 2024, I began experiencing a low-frequency humming/vibration noise, which occurs late at night and early morning, severely impacting my sleep and well-being. I reported the issue on December 2, 2024, but received no response for nearly two months since December 9 until January 27, 2025, after multiple follow-ups. Management eventually acknowledged the issue, attributing it to rooftop heating equipment, but they have yet to provide a definitive timeline for repairs. They initially insisted on waitin

I lived here for a year (just moved to the new building they opened up next door) and have had a very positive experience. The building is clean, the walls between apartments are thick, the leasing office is super helpful, and maintenance is quick (unbeatable location too). Big shoutout to Vinny too in the leasing office. He was incredibly helpful in my latest move and is always super responsive/friendly!

I toured Union 346 and had a wonderful experience! Everyone in the leasing office couldn’t have been friendlier. In addition, the units are beautiful and new, and the common areas are meticulously clean. I would highly recommend touring this building if you are looking for somewhere to live in Union Square.
