Grove Properties

I've rented from Grove properties for a total of over four years and in two of their units. They are by far the best landlords from which I've rented. A family operation, they are superb to work with, very kind and reasonable, and have always been prompt to respond to any requests. The property is clean, well maintained, and an excellent value. I recommend them highly!

Where to begin! Grove Properties has been amazing to me since day one. They are responsive, kind, communicative, and organized. I had immense ease viewing their property, was able to move in a few days earlier than expected, and have been a very happy tenant for years. They have always responded quickly to any needs regarding the property, and have always been professional and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a place to live where the landlords care about their properties, their tenants, and their service.

Grove Properties were by far the best landlords I have ever had! The property was very well maintained and you can tell they really care about providing their tenants with quality living spaces. They take their role very seriously and ensure that everything is addressed in a swift manner. They were always very accessible to me and my roommates and we were always treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Grove Properties and would have no hesitations interacting with them in the future.

Loved living in a Grove Properties unit for nearly 2 years. Would have stayed longer had the circumstances been right, but Grove properties has made my move in, living, and move out super smooth. They are extremely helpful with any request and ensure you are catered to in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Over the 3 years I've been renting this apartment, Grove Properties has been a great landlord. The property is well kept, and the staff is always very responsive to any issues that do pop up. Very reasonable in general; I was lucky to stumble across this great place for a good price. And I've never had any problems with neighbors either.
