Windsor at Maxwell's Green Apartments

I’ve been living at Maxwell’s green with my partner and our dog for about 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier that we made the choice to live here! From our very first interaction with Kristina in the leasing office we felt so welcomed and had all of our questions answered quickly and thoroughly. The apartments are beautiful, the maintenance team is so responsive and friendly, living here is amazing and we have loved making Maxwell’s green our home!

Really enjoyed living here. The community is friendly and respectful. The management team has been professional and warmly supportive. Recently our bathtub drainage issue has been fully resolved. The service was timely, professional, and very much appreciated. We’re grateful for your quick response and support.

I've lived here 3 years and this place is honestly the best. A large property but intimate, friendly staff who are incredibly helpful, from package delivery to maintenance, everything is timely. We hardly ever hear our neighbors. The grounds are well kept and perfect for walking the dog, or strolling the bike path to Davis. It's luxury living at a non-luxury price. Love the garage parking, the extra storage, the gym, the outdoor grill, and proximity to the subway. I've lived on the 2nd and 3rd floor and both provide great light and privacy. If we weren't buying a house, we'd live here for a very long time. Absolutely love it!

We lived here for over two years- the first year was great when we were in a one-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our first year and wanted more space, so we moved into a two-bedroom apartment for the second year and that's when things went downhill. Some of the big issues center around the hardwood floors- all the carpet has been removed, which is a good thing in theory, but there is no minimal covering percentage which is odd for a fully hard floor apartment. As a result, the sound transmits very loudly with regards to general noise and with things as simple as footsteps. Our upstairs neighbors were very disrespectful and very loud which led to a very unpleasant experience... it felt like we were living with them because of all the noise that they generated. My family lived at Maxwell's Green for six months while our home was being renovated. Living here was such an enjoyable experience I was almost sad to leave when it was time to move back into our home! The location can't be beat - community path, green line, etc. The amenities are great. And the staff & management at the property are pros, always there when you needed them, always willing to go the extra mile. Living here felt like being on vacation! Can't say enough good things about the experience.
