Clarendon Hill Towers

There is a confused man in the building who appears to have dementia and wanders around unattended, smoking in the elevators. My mother had a $100 necklace stolen from the mailroom, and the office refused to provide the security footage to the police. That alone is suspicious. This place is a slum, how is any of this legal?

Really great place. They have all types of amenities. Very affordable too, with the high rents everywhere around Boston. Staff's great, they all do an awesome job and make living here a pleasant experience.

I love it here. The employees are great and always willing to help me with anything. We have security and that makes me feel safe here. I've been here for a while now and have no complaints 🙂

I've lived at this property for over 12 years and the staff have been very pleasant. Maintenance staff respond to calls very promptly, always the same day a lot of time addressing issues in the apartment within an hour or two (and emergencies immediately). The walls are very insulating which is nice so not much noise bleeds through. Over the years there have been a lot more community events which I think are great for everyone, especially children and elderly residents. The amenities are pretty good as well. The cafe has great food at a low price, and the gym provides a place to get in good caridio especially when it gets cold out.

Since Jill left it has been a different place. Management staff is more understandable and care for the residents. We no longer have to walk on egg shells. I have lived on this property for 14 years and it has gotten better. This place is pet friendly and generous to the residents. We are spolied, we have events for everyone from elders to children's activities. We also have security onsite and that makes me feel safer. I love loving here. Staff and maintenance are great. I have no problems.
