Very unprofessional - Linda Iriarte specifically was very unresponsive to my agent’s phone calls, texts, and voice messages. I was interested in one of her listings and was motivated to make a deal, but she was disorganized, unresponsive, and rude. She asked my agent if we could come up on our initial offer and didn’t event realize we had already sent over a better offer. She never asked for our best and final so for all she knows she left money on the table for her seller! A week or more would pass with no contact or reply from her when we presented with a better offer. I just can’t believe she can even stay in business with such a poor communication style. She eventually told our agent she’d inquire with her client about our 3rd offer and then never ever got back to our agent before go

I looked online and couldn't find a working website. I also emailed a few realtors from that office and received no response. I called two days in a row, no answer, and they do not have a voice mail where a message can be left. I finally was able to get someone on the phone today. I had questions about a few properties I seen on NJMLS. I was only able to get the one question out about the first properly. The lady who answer was very, very rude and told me it was no longer available and hung up on me. I was not able to find out about the other locations, so i then called the number back. After no answer for another few hours, the same rude lady answered the phone. She then told me, that she already told me the property was not available and hung up on me again.
