We’ve been working with Gem for over a decade. Definitely one of the best and most consistent property management companies in northern New Jersey. Upper Management and ownership is constantly involved and if/when an issue arises they promptly address and remediate. We’ve recommended them to numerous HOA’s and COA’s throughout the years and hope to continue our business relationship for years to come.

GEM Property Management is an excellent management company. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shelby and Melinda over the past 5 years. Maintenance requests are handled timely and efficiently. Their proactive approach to routine maintenance is why our building always looks superior. We recently did an exterior facade project and GEM keep the project within budget and communicated throughout the entire project to ensure it went smoothly. Recently was assisting a client who is attempting to purchase a condo in a development managed by GEM Mgmt. The buyer had several questions on the association documents as well as potential assessments or fees. Shelby responded quickly and efficiently and ultimately helped my client make their decision with ease. Shelby was up-front, knowledgeable and responsive and a breath of fresh air as I had dealt with prior management and was less than impressed.
