Never rent from these people. I spent hours cleaning my apartment before moving out. Had my super do a walk through before handing her over the key. She specifically told me everything looked fine. Then I find out a month later once I've moved away that they are claiming I left the apartment uncleaned and took $150 out of my deposit despite the fact that I took every step to properly clean before I left. I reasonably requested half of the money back, but the manager told me he wouldnt refund anything, because he trusted the super when she said it was dirty. Apparently I couldnt trust the super when she said it was clean. Dishonest practices like this one shouldnt be allowed.
