My conversation with Carry Ann was beyond ignorant. She proceeded to speak down to me was extremely rude and continue to brush me off and not listen to a word I had to say. I was looking to Help a friend buy a new home. She was too busy, gossiping and complaining about her day to take any time to explain what a lot rent was. I highly suggest you don’t buy from anyone who employs this kind of person. Her singing Ice Ice baby and giggling is exactly what she was gossiping about.

There is no reason to raise the rent when the trailer parks are horrible, sam is just greedy your rent is no affordable

I must say I thought by reaching out to headquarters I’d get a response right away…. However , just like their arbor estates community in Doylestown , they lack in communication. Buying a home here is the worst decision I’ve made , ever . Hoping someone can contact me tomorrow.

Would not recommend to anyone to move here. Received lease violations for not watching my kids when we weren’t even home. Property manager would gossip to tenants about other tenants, told personal information of mine to other tenants, went into my home without prior notice on numerous occasions. Did a walkthrough when first moving in and upon moving out, still had the same issues from when first moved in. Want their rent on time, but do not want to maintain the properties and then try to blame tenants. Worst living experience I’ve ever had! The only reason why I gave it 1 star is because it doesn’t give you the option for none!!

They were very rude told us we weren’t cleaning up after our dog when we were and don’t go by dates told us about a home inspection n came 5 days early
