Working with John has been an absolute pleasure both times. Refinancing with Greenway Mortgage was a pleasure but John was the icing on the cake. He is prompt, personable, efficient and organized. From making the appointment to final signature the process was smooth and easy. He drove quite a way in pouring rain and high winds to be two minutes early for our scheduled 8:30AM appointment. He called when he was on his way to give us a heads up, which was a nice touch given the fact that it was a morning appointment in our home. He is congenial and remembered not only that he had seen us a few years earlier but that he had used some travel advice we had given him at that time. Overall it was a great experience. We would highly recommend his service without hesitation.
