Eagle Rock Apartments at Freehold

My family moved to this community from Brooklyn in early 2022. Overall, the move-in experience was very good. While there were a few issues at the beginning that weren’t resolved immediately, we eventually built a strong relationship with management—especially Teresa. She has truly been amazing and consistently supportive, helping us with whatever we’ve needed along the way. Recently, we transferred into a larger unit, and although the process was detailed, Teresa did everything possible to make it smooth and seamless. We genuinely appreciate all the effort and hard work she put in to make the transition easy for us. At this point, we have no issues. Whenever a maintenance request comes up, we submit a ticket and it’s handled promptly. I’ve really enjoyed living here and plan to stay for

The playground in our community is in terrible condition and completely unsafe for children. There is absolutely no proper place for kids to play, the area is broken, neglected, and has not been maintained for years. Every year management promises to replace it, but nothing ever happens. Meanwhile, the dog area looks much better and safer! It seems like more attention and improvements are given to pets than to children. I sincerely hope the management will finally take responsibility and make real improvements to create a safe place for our kids.

My sister and I lived there for over 3 years and the apartment, community and location were great! Teresa was the best to deal with and Glenn from maintenance always went out of his way for us and our neighbors! The only negative about Eagle Rock was the constant rent increases and random fees they would add to every lease renewal. If they didn't get out of hand we would've stayed there for more years.

My husband and I have had a positive experience with the Eagle Rock Apartment staff. Teresa and Andre were beyond helpful during our "move in" process. They were quick to respond to our emails and were always helpful and friendly when we called. We love the apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft), the community grounds, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly, too! Making this community your next home is a MUST!

We have recently moved out about a couple weeks ago already. I must say, the move-out process was fairly easy at Eagle Rock & it was bittersweet leaving. Unfortunately, I wanted to post photos of what the apartment looked like after I cleaned but they came in on the last day of my lease & already started upgrading. However, putting that aside, I must say Theresa was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and she always lended a helping hand when we needed one. We’ve received our security deposit back in full & before the 30 day period. Just a reminder, when you are kind to people, kindness will be returned.
