Ulco Bluffs Apartments

I need an application mailed to me because i live out of town. T The voicemail message says they are only in the office on Thursdays. SO today is Thursday and I've called twice during office hours. I cannot get ahold of anyone. No one is answering the phone. I've called and left my name, address, phone number, and reason for calling a month ago and STILL NOT RECIEVED AN APPLICATION! Who is responsible for working in your Franklin, NC office?? Because you need to get someone else.

There's a no smoking 🚭 Addendum policy in place as this is governmental housing units and smoking is not allowed inside apartments or within 25ft. of the buildings.. however, they don't want to do anything about multiple reports of people smoking inside their apartments and it harming my son.. he has an breathing disability.. chronic bronchitis and Asthma. When I lived there, I went outside to smoke and corporate threatened to evict me just for complaining because they didn't want to handle it. Now I don't live there, the smoking got worse and my son is being tortured by the maintenance guy and nothing being done as far as accomodations.
