There website says that the are open but you go by there no one is there we have all so called at least 5 times and always get the answering machine and we have left messages on and no call back. So you see something like good luck. We will be taking are business some where else

Prices are just so high

Sales guy was bored. Gave me keys an told me too look at mobile homes in lot myself. I asked him to email prices etc ...weeks later never happened.

At gate at 10am, called phone number- line disconnected. Disappointing since it’s the only mobile home center in Franklin.

Would be nice if you posted pictures of your inventory, with prices. I would like to see what you have a how much, before coming up to look.
