We had a low-ball offer off the bat, a cash offer which won, and another offer from a great couple I would have loved to have it, financed. First day. Not sure we even got the sign in the ground. My family and I recently purchased property in Macon County. Larry and Trace from Lamplighter Realty were so kind and accommodating. Larry has been our family's realtor for years; this was our first time working with Trace, and his customer service was just as superb. They looked into multiple properties we inquired about and helped steer us in the right direction for what we told them we needed. They also went above and beyond by doing research for us with the local banks and connecting us to the ones that offered the best financing terms. Larry and Trace are so easy to talk to, and they always respond quickly and get the job done efficiently. Once we chose our property, they had negotiated an amazing deal and had obtained a signed contract/closing date for us all within less than 24 h

I put off dealing with an actual agent for months, thinking I could do it myself or I could go through one of those "we buy houses" companies. After 3 deals fell through I decided to go with Lamplighter. The first weekend I had 5 showings and 4 offers. The best part is Trace Stamey made me feel so comfortable through the process. If you want to go with an agent that does his job and isn't snooty, call him!!
