She is pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond to prepare the house for sale-even going so far as to travel up the mountain to move our heavy outdoor furniture to a safe area with a high winds and rainstorms forecasted. She then returned to place furniture back on deck for pictures! Her posse of sub-contractors enabled us to get the house in sparkling condition for any future buyers.
