This is one of the worst home-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The house was newly built, and we moved in during the summer, so we only checked the AC at the time. When winter came, we discovered there was NO heat. After checking the roof, we found that there was not even a gas line connected to the heating system. I honestly cannot understand how this house passed inspection. The construction quality is extremely poor, yet the homes are sold at outrageously high prices. Everything feels rushed, cheaply done, and poorly inspected. The HOA is beyond frustrating. It honestly feels like someone has nothing better to do than drive or walk around the neighborhood all day, watching and monitoring other people’s homes.
