Palisades at New River

I've stopped so long to leave this review, but I'm upset and tired. I have gone to the office on several occasions and in this one there is no answer they always say we will check it or there is no staff when we just entered to live in Palisades, the gate worked perfectly the car wash worked perfectly. The vacuum cleaner worked perfectly. This is what they promised us. Right now none of these things work and neither does the appliance inside the apartments. Months have passed and many things are damaged. I have days with the damaged air conditioning. They came to check and they did not repair anything in this place. You renew and renew the contract. They never help you with the Folder. I wish they could do everything. If they are not going to help improve the appearance of the apartments o

Cam has done a phenomenal job with my move-in process. Anytime I have a question or needed to ask something pertaining to move in, he always was very helpful. The only issue I have had thus far, is the actual day of my move-in. I signed my lease to move in on Friday January 30th. The day before, I was told to be here at 11:15. Myself and several people who were helping me came a little early to get the process started knowing we might have to wait a little bit. As we got here we were then told by someone different, a woman, that it would be 11:30. So at 11:30 I headed to the office to get my keys. In the midst of that time that person I’m sure was under a lot of stress. Their vendors were late coming to the apartment to get it set up, which made them late, the leasing/office agents. I do r

I just came out of a challenging year of life, and I was thrilled to see this nice place with one month free rent advertised. Cameron and Anna did a better job helping me than I have ever done at any job of my own. 🙃. By the time I moved in, I already felt at home, And that’s completely because of the warm welcome from those two. Plus, they put a little gift in my welcome basket for my dog. Beautiful place, beautiful people.

Lived there for several years. Was glad to move. The place has gone way downhill. Revolving door management, who always say they will improve. I tried for over 6 months to get my dishwasher fixed and got ignored. Gate always broken. Multiple apartments way over capacity. Roaches in several buildings. Spent my last 3 months there without a working microwave that no one would fix or replace. Tried to get my dishwasher fixed for probably a year. Always some excuse. They will let anyone move in. Used to be very nice and now its shady and dumpy. Trash everywhere. People fighting, loud drunks being obnoxious. Couldn't get out fast enough. Avoid all the apartments in the area. They're all like this.

Amazing staff, very respectful, polite, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The application process was quick and smooth. Apartment was squeaky clean upon move in and the welcome bag/package was a plus. Definitely recommend!
