Agree with Previous review that Design center is very weak. Choices very limited- which is surprising for a Luxury home builder. The community itself is naturally beautiful & appears to be well maintained. Amenity area offers good options & looking forward to New Clubhouse being built. Just needs more upscale options for Interiors. Overall, really nice community

Riverton Pointe (formerly Hampton Pointe) is undergoing significant changes since Toll Bros reinstated development of the long mothballed community. The new housing being offered is far different than those of the original houses in both size and construction. The golf course is well maintained and unique to the area due to its hills. Amenities are limited and small considering the development will have approx.1000 homes when completed. The long awaited clubhouse(now in it's 3rd or 4th potential design) is anticipated to begin construction in fall 2024 for opening in mid-late 2025 per Toll Bros at the last annual owners meeting. Lovely, well maintained neighborhood. Beautiful homes and lawns. Amenities now under construction will be state of the art. Hundreds more homes to be built in this Jack Nicklaus golf course neighborhood.

Hampton Hall twenty years ago. Will be very nice when done. Two issues, the design center is weak at best. Sales people need training. Jasper taxes. Toll Brothers builds a nice home for the money. They just need better communication between Sales and design

Terrific gated community with one of the top ⛳️ courses in the ares, Jack Nicholas design. Home builder is highly regarded Toll Brothers, making this an outstanding area to live.
