Twin Lakes Landing

Horrible, they do illegal lockouts, do not have court papers, bogus trespasses to prevent people from retrieving their personal property, harass and bully, threaten tenants they do not like to try to force them out! The staff think they are above the law but are not! News stations should hear what goes on at this place that is suppose to help not hender people! Anyone else go thru this at twin lakes landing??

The drug problem is horrible here. Nobody does anything about the dealers and the face that you can see fentanyl pills laying on the ground or heroin spoons on the playground. Children running all over places with no parents supervision because they are all doped up. The landlord doesn’t do anything. The police come and look around and don’t do anything- this place is unsafe and is not a good reflection of “Housing Hope”.. what a shame to the community and people who live here actually wanting a better living environment.

My niece has a place here and has been arrested and now has a restraining order against her for a so-called friend management refuses to kick her friend out and refuses to work with us and the Marysville Police department arrested my niece because the so-called friend called the cops and said that my 98 lb nice hit a 200 or so pound female with a door and nobody wants to help my niece even though her apartment was gone through and a bunch of stuff was stolen when my niece was in jail because of this person and management won't do anything and Marysville Police department won't do anything either and pretty sad this is supposed to be a section 8 housing for people that need help and you got people taking advantage of other people and then they squat and then call the cops when somebody gets

We use to love this place to take our son...the north side is children only and absolutely nobody obeys the law or rules..adults harvesting fish..we let our sin catch and release, game department never seen em there they are under staffed and I get it..and now there apartment literally 20 feet from the lake...apartments on the lake have to be very expensive..rents gotta be outrageous...but I was told they are low income housing...HA!! Awesome..not sure if it's true..but I wouldn't call that piece of property low income...they keep pushing the tweekers out if West end of the lakes but they return it is society's problem and all... all and all we haven't gone back in a year and a half...lol..i still see people going so must be ok...once again..my opinion..

There isn’t an change machine in the laundry mat, and the play group is not toddler friendly. Over all it’s nice that it is by the lake where we can take a good walk, and the units are nice.
