Repeated incidents like vandalism to vehicles (e.g., drinks poured on windshields) and obscene gestures from other residents have made the environment feel hostile and uncomfortable. Despite bringing it to management's attention, no effective action has been taken. This is no longer the peaceful, welcoming community it used to be. I’ve lived here long enough to witness a serious decline in both community behavior and property management. We really enjoy this apartment complex. Management is really good with communication and fixing problems in the units and the repair team is always so kind. There is great community here as well and very diverse. Also, thank you to Landon for organizing all community events it’s been so nice to finally have community events! Keep up the awesome job

I had the pleasure of meeting Caitlyn Stewart last weekend while touring apartments. Due to some call offs she was by herself & so busy poor thing. She handled it well by still greeting & acknowledging the group in lobby waiting while she was with customers. Even asking if someone had something quick like dropping off keys... when it was my turn I appreciated the fact that she didn't rush, she answered all of my questions & toured the property. Very friendly & professional.

had a brief interaction with Jennifer, the Community Manager, while visiting the leasing office, and it was a very positive experience. She was welcoming, professional, and took the time to acknowledge me even though she appeared to be busy. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help left a great first impression and reflected well on the community.

Carson gave me an excellent tour of the apartment and made the entire experience seamless. He was incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the unit and the community. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure nothing was overlooked. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel confident throughout the process.
