Tuscany Park at Buda

I've been a resident at Tuscany Park for years, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing front office staff - they're super friendly and always a pleasure to deal with! The maintenance team is also top-notch, always taking care of things promptly and efficiently. Kudos to them for making our community such a great place to live!

We have lived at Tuscany Park for 4 years , we are moving to Wimberley because of work . I would have stayed at Tuscany Park forever ! The office ladies are kind and helpful … the maintenance gentleman are just that , gentleman and so helpful with any maintenance issue that comes up . They have made us feel at home here , safe and sound . 🏘️

My car was parked and was sent to office to be approved for 24 hrs. My car was towed and the tenant had to pay for it and they refused to pay the tenant back. They tried to say I was parked in reserved parking no I was not there was no damn label anywhere and the tenants were parked in the visitor parking. Then tenant got a warning because I was smoking on the balcony on the first floor I cleaned up never threw cigarettes on the ground or my lit amber instead they prefer me smoking in the courtyard so I can give others secondhand smoke or out on the side walks for the same reason. All while the upstairs tenant smokes on the second floor balcony and throws there butts on the ground outside. Living here has been such a peaceful and positive experience! The grounds are always clean, and I love how quiet the community is. The pool is a great bonus during the summer—it’s clean, never too crowded, and perfect for relaxing. One of my favorite things? The adorable wild bunnies that roam around the property. They honestly make my day every time I see them! Maintenance is quick, and the office staff is always helpful and friendly. I feel safe here and truly enjoy calling this place home.

Very nice apartment complex. With all amenities included. The units are if a very nice size and can easily accommodate someone actively using a wheelchair. The neighbors give off a good vibe and the overall atmosphere is nice. Would definitely encourage you to check it out as it's also very close to everything you need to access in everyday life. Plus Scott Baylor White is next door.
