Today, my husband and I officially closed on our first home with CastleRock! We started this journey with Mat Peterson back in March, and his guidance has been nothing short of amazing—always helpful, supportive, and kind throughout every step of the process. Building a home while still living in Florida could have been stressful, but thanks to Mat and the CastleRock team, it was smooth, breezy, and enjoyable! We are so grateful for all the care, expertise, and patience that went into helping us create a home that truly reflects us. It’s a dream come true, and we absolutely love it! Thank you, Mat and CastleRock, for making this such a memorable experience!!!

My wife and I found Sunfeild by chance and the Castle Rock homes stood out. Since beginning Mat Peterson has been a delight to work with. He took his time and answered any and all questions we had. Never did we not feel like a priority or rushed. We had weekly updates and were informed promptly if an item was unavailable or if there was a delay. Our construction manager Kyler was a professional and extremely courteous. The contractions were skilled and quick. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed our home was built. This process was pleasant and stress free.

Of the home builders we looked at, the reason we chose CastleRock was that we liked their floor plans the best. Fast forward a couple months later and we now own one of their beautiful homes. We appreciated the smoothness of the transaction, the attention to detail, the modern construction techniques, speed of construction, and the quality of the build. We look forward to many wonderful years in our home and watching our children grow up in it. Special kudos to Mat Peterson who's knowledge, casual demeanor, strategy of not pressuring us at all, and fashionable pants made the decision to buy an easy one. Additional special kudos to construction manger Seth who's attention to detail and who's follow through gave us no reason for concern during what could have easily been a stressful time.

We recently closed on our new house with CastleRock and the whole process was a great experience. Mat Peterson helped us an along the way and answered all of our many questions. He is kind, friendly, and super prompt when we needed help which made the process smooth. (There is a reason he has all those awards in his office!) Read everything, ask lots of questions, and get help or clarification when you need it and you’ll have a great experience too!

Mat was super helpful and made the entire process of buying our first home smooth and easy. He was clear, responsive, and always available to explain things in a way that made sense to us. The process felt stress free because of how organized and supportive he was. We truly appreciate all his help and guidance
