We just closed on our home today and have to say Will was such a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t say we were the most difficult homeowners nor the easiest to deal with but Will was always responsive and tried to get us answers to our questions as soon as possible. We used their lender and that also was a smooth easy process. So far we are happy with our home and our experience. We’re definitely going to continue to recommend our friends to DRB. From the moment we walked in the model home, we felt at home because of Will. Jake with construction had a fine eye and our home is absolutely beautiful, even rushed our move-in date due to us almost being homeless. I will buy another Brightland home!
