Pulte Homes at Sunfield

My experience with Pulte Sunfield was exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality build made the home buying process smooth and stress-free. Just bought a new house in Sunfield. Pulte homes did a great job in getting everything done as quickly as possible and smoothly. If you're looking for a home, I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes.

Customer service when buying my home was great. However I had to put in all new floors in under 3 years due to faulty tile. This is a known problem with Pulte homes and they are not adequately paying to replace the floors.

Sunfield is a great community to live in. Pulte did an OK job with our house - it was right after covid and we didin't get the option to make any upgrades/changes. Our master closet unfortunately did not survive the "3 year mark" but I was able to make it much nicer round 2. They don't cut corners, but craftsman is not close to perfect. Overall I would recommend but have multiple inspections and do not move in until you are satisfied. We were on a tight timeline and wish I had more time to have got the builder to fix things, like level the flooring better before moving in. They had planted a dead tree that I had to replace because it wasn't under warranty. Would have been nice to have a french drain between the houses installed as they all are slanted. Stay FAR away! Build quality is complete crap and getting Pulte to honor their advertised warranty is like pulling teeth. We had tons of issues in the months after our build, and I hear similiar stories from neighbors. Everything from feeling the outside breeze through the baseboards, water intrusions, and shower tiling that slopes away from the drain...you name it. These are truley paper and cardboard homes. Do yourself a favor and go with a higher end builder in the neighborhood.
