Tuscany Hills

Nice location and layout for a reception. There was an odor concern that was addressed.

I recently had the opportunity to rent the Tuscany Hills facility. The facility while nice, could use some updating, deep cleaning and overall maintenance and beautification most of which can be overlooked if other issues didn't exist. The owner who goes by Penn is very nice and accommodating. However, his business partners leave a lot to be desired which led me to provide a low rating of the overall experience. Charlie Tucker works with Penn and is the point person for equipment rental such as tables and chairs, furniture, etc.. He is very unprofessional and beyond unorganized. He clearly does not take any notes and constant follow-up and coordination is needed to ensure that you have what is needed for your event. It was very frustrating to say the least. Tuscany hills is absolutely beautiful. Mr. Green is very nice, kind, and courteous. I just want to thank everyone involved with making my 40th birthday party extravagant including security. Tuscany hills is clean and you will not go wrong renting this place for any event you have. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great looking space but host was difficult to connect with, contact, and obtain information from. Once we did get the contract it did not accurately reflect our conversation. Initally we set a time to meet and host did not show. Luckily a vendor was there and the host said to just go in. Host never showed. Decided not to book because of first and second impression. This is unfortunate because we heard great things about the space.

On behalf of the “Nunn Family”, we were very pleased with the Quality of Service and Hospitality we received on Our Thanksgiving Dinner that we shared with Family and Friends. Mr, Pennington Green and Mr. Charles accommodated our every need. Tuscany Hills, such a Beautiful Event Venue. Very Satisfied!!!
