My husband and I enjoyed the appointment with Samkins Construction Inc. to discuss our home build, in February 2025. Exceptional meeting! Our home plan was very similar to a Samkins constructed home. The architect modified the home plan using Samkins Construction Inc recommendations. Great!!!! We requested the home build cost-allowance estimate for Samkins Construction Inc. to build the home in April 2025. Weeks later, a response was received from Samkins Construction Inc. They were preparing the estimate. We submitted the mid-range approval letter from the bank instead of the total approval amount to Samkins Construction Inc. to show how serious we were with signing a contract, as a good faith effort. End of May 2025, no estimate from Samkins Construction Inc. I hope Samkins Constructio
