Heron Mill Apartments at Douglasville

I toured Heron Mill today and had such a great experience! The Community Manager, Briana, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant from start to finish. She took her time showing me both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire tour feel welcoming and informative. I absolutely fell in love with the two-bedroom Chestnut floor plan — the layout, space, and overall design really stood out to me. Even though the property is still new and not fully finished yet, you can already tell it’s going to be a beautiful community. The main 1000 building, where the pool and fitness center will be located, would be ideal for me and is definitely something to look forward to. My tour was 5 Star service! Britney showed me a few different apartment styles that matched what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! I felt welcomed from the door. Heron Mill is absolutely beautiful!! I definitely think this would be a great location to live.

I’m so excited to be one of the first residents at Heron Mill Apartments! Everything is brand new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The community is beautiful already, and I can’t wait to see it fully come together. Special thanks to Camillah, who made the whole leasing process simple and enjoyable. Im beyond excited to move in to my new apartment. I had such a wonderful lady named Camillah help me. She made my experience super easy and helped ease my stresses, she was even very patient and answered all of my questions no matter how many times I followed up with her (I am very needy and reached out a lot). I am especially happy that these are brand new apartments and I will be the first person leasing mine. these apartments are just what the community needed and I can’t wait to be a part of that.
