Ok so I walked into chestnut Grove thinking they were a rental property. Elyse greeted me with a smile informing me that the property was for sale. I immediately began to apologize for wasting her time and started to walk away. Before I could get up Elyse stopped me and I’m so thankful that she did! Elyse was so sweet and very informative! She asked if she could do a soft pull of my credit to see if I prequalified for the loan. Turns out I qualified but the townhome I wanted wouldn’t be available until December.
