Tuscany Hills Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for six years, we recently inquired about a few upgrades needed in our one bedroom apartment and Stephen on the maintenance team helped put everything into motion. Juan probably spent the entire day in our apartment updating our appliances- they replaced our AC unit with a brand new one, gave us a new fridge, and did a few more upgrades. Everyone on the maintenance team is very helpful and accommodating! We really enjoy living here, they respect your privacy and they are extremely professional and kind whenever you need anything- they are great at keeping an open line of communication and working with your schedule. Thanks again!

The maintenance team here is amazing! Steve and Juan are always so kind, prompt, and professional. They make this complex a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I hope management recognizes the hard work and outstanding comportment of these gentlemen.

I learned about Tuscany Hills Apartments via Zillow. Ended up meeting Angie, the leasing agent, during a tour of two available units. She was very gracious and assisted me in choosing one of the two units. Even when I had at one point considered another location, she didn't hesitate to give me the freedom to choose whatever was comfortable and in my best interest. It was her accommodating and supportive personality that led me to settle on making Tuscany Hills Apartments my new home. The grounds are nice and serene leading to a calm environment for all tenants. After moving in, Steven, one of the maintenance staff has helped promptly address maintenance issues and even provided a solution to help me clear the roof rack of my vehicle with the garage door. Living at the Tuscany Hills Apartments, in San Marcos, was a pleasure for my wife and I. We both loved living there for the past two years. The onsite Management and Maintenance team, worked exceptionally well together. With their professional, personable and caring approach, they made our stay there, happy, comfortable and memorable. Tuscany Hills has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Not only are there plenty of open grass areas for my dog, but as I walk around the complex, I can see multiple gorgeous views of the nearby mountains. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and warm-hearted and even helped us out when my fiancé was in a bind with a dead car battery. They are also very pet friendly and always say hi to my dog when they see her... so cute! There is always someone in the front office ready to help you if you need something and they throw nice events and offer snacks to show their appreciation for the tenants!
